It may seem paradoxical to celebrate the anniversary of an illness that has affected 33 million people in the world since its outbreak. People no longer speak about what AIDS is today. This is not a history book but a book of many different stories that gives voice to those affected by AIDS. Beyond the personal accounts, it incites true reflection about medical responsibility in the 1980s and the blindness of the gay community. A resolutely human book in which the authors let themselves go, personally, way beyond their professions.
- An informative book that emphasizes the stories of men instead of Great History.
A foundation for the fight against the illness for the next decade
