Thanatea. This could be the name of a woman, or a goddess. It is a rather pleasant, exotic word if you don't
know the Greek root, thanatos, which means death. This would scare anyone. However, during her years spent
in the judicial police, Esther has seen death in its darkest and most violent aspects. A tough job that has worn
her down, to the point of making her leave to work for a funeral home located on Lake Geneva. Even if this new
environment looks macabre, she will no longer have to see the marks of murder on flesh, organs and bones.
Death will be a concept, it will be thought out, and wrapped up in velvet or satin. There, she hopes to finally
find peace...
