Who has never imagined the life of passers-by while sitting on the terrace of a café? Incisive, hilarious and sometimes cruel, the authors of The List turned this pastime into a literary project.

Julien and Pierre discovered that all the Sandies of this world have a dolphin tattoo on the shoulder and that Bernards tell iffy jokes between main cours and dessert. In 2011, they create their blog. Enthusiastic about Johann's humour, they ask him to join the team. They have their own column in a trendy cultural magazine and they now also have a book thanks to Bénédicte & Xavier.
