When Julian and Wanda discover their children's relationship, Leny, 18 and Charlie, 16 run away from home. Even though they're not related, Leny being Wanda's son and Charlie, Julian's daughter, the parents disapprove of their love story within their reconstituted family. The teenagers take refuge on the Oléron Island where they join a Zone to Defend, intended to prevent the expansion of a luxurious hotel complex.
