Since Riley became friends with Clara, her friends Ava, Melany and Charlotte avoid her. She is torn between them and her new friendship with Clara and Felicity. Her family issues add up to her friend problems: At her mom's, she has the feeling to be a mere babysitter for her three little sisters. She looks forward to seeing her dad to celebrate his birthday. Thanks to Clara and Felicity, Riley made enough money to offer him an antique clock.
While she's feeling down, Felicity tells her that her castle will soon host a movie shooting, and that they are looking for extras. Riley signs up without her parents' approval and gets a small role. This achievement will help her gain self-confidence. However, after the audition, she goes back home and discovers that her apartment was robbed! Nothing is missing, except for the antique clock... She investigates with the help of Felicity and Clara. This new case will enable them to discover Oxford and the backstage of a shooting.
