A couple adrift, an old woman living among her memories, a young salesman who dreams of being an entrepreneur, and a man about whom we know nothing except that he seems to lie low... On the first floor of this building is a former bar, transformed into a storage place for a clothing wholesaler. At the back of this small collective is a beautiful closed garden, a quiet corner in the middle of the city.
But this building is about to be put up for sale. For the four tenants, this announcement is an earthquake. The only solution is: finding a buyer who does not want to demolish the building, and to keep it as it is.
